Upload, find and inspect
Documents acquired from configured channels or uploaded by your team are available in one archive. Search and filter by type and status, open the original and inspect extracted data.

An attachment should be more than a file in a folder. Logis lets you read its data, review it and connect it to operational work while keeping the original document accessible.
From message to margin
Logis manages delivery notes, transport sheets, PODs and other attachments. It offers upload, OCR, search and filters, editing of extracted data and links to deliveries. For PODs, it adds a review queue, proposed matches and operator validation.

OCR reads content and exposes extracted fields. Your team can correct classification and data: automated reading is a starting point to review, especially when images or information are incomplete.
03
Proposed matches help identify the correct delivery. The operator checks the document and can approve or reject the POD with a reason. A timeline records the steps; the POD can then be forwarded to the customer.
04
Documents and delivery status contribute to billing eligibility checks. A file’s presence alone is not enough: its data and validation must let administration work on the correct delivery.
Direct answers
The app distinguishes delivery notes, transport sheets, PODs and other documents. Upload a file, assign its type and link it to a delivery. Operators can edit the type and extracted fields; the original remains accessible.
It reads content and exposes text and extracted fields. This data supports classification and links to operational context. You do not have to accept the output without checking: the interface lets you correct fields and document type.
Logis proposes possible matches using document data. Your team can review them and link the POD to the correct delivery. Linking and validation are separate steps: the operator can approve the POD or reject it with a reason.
Yes. The POD workflow includes forwarding to customers and distinguishes documents waiting to be forwarded from those already sent. The timeline records document steps; the sending channel must be configured for your company.
No. Billing eligibility depends on checks covering the delivery, administrative data and required documents. A received but unreviewed POD is not the same as a validated proof of delivery. The eligibility view identifies ready and blocked deliveries.
