An inbox with operational context
Read email and WhatsApp, filter conversations needing attention and generate a reply draft. AI retrieves relevant earlier messages, delivery status and documents rather than using only the latest message text.
The Logis platform
A request arrives in the inbox, a document completes a delivery, an invoice brings revenue or costs. Logis connects these steps so operations and finance can use the same information.
From message to margin
Document management and finance are available today. The app includes an email/WhatsApp inbox with AI drafts, OCR documents, POD review, sales and purchase invoices, cost allocation and delivery margins. Automation is configured with our team.

Upload documents, check extracted fields and correct classification. For PODs, review proposed matches, link the delivery and record approval or rejection with a reason.

Billable deliveries feed sales invoice previews. Supplier invoices can be allocated to deliveries and cost categories. Margin reporting shows revenue, direct costs, any configured indirect allocation and data quality.

Email, business WhatsApp and the SDI channel each need their own configuration. We start with your existing channels and tools, define which data to connect and verify business-software interfaces. You do not need to move every activity at once.
Direct answers
Logis synchronises configured mailboxes through IMAP and uses SMTP for sending. Google OAuth authentication is also supported. Actual compatibility depends on provider settings and mailbox permissions, which we check during configuration.
No. The connection uses your business WhatsApp channel configured through Twilio and your organisation’s number. Conversations are available in the team inbox; activating the number and channel is part of configuration and does not require importing personal chats.
The inbox offers a draft, edit and approval workflow. Drafts use relevant context and call for operator review when it is insufficient. Additional automation and checkpoints are agreed during configuration: generating a draft does not mean sending a message.
Yes, starting with the document and finance work you want Logis to handle. Exchanging data with a specific system requires checking formats, APIs and data ownership. Connecting communication channels does not by itself guarantee synchronisation with every software product.
