Yes. After reviewing workflows useful to your team, we check channels, data to connect and compatibility with existing tools. This informs configuration, activation support and the commercial proposal.

Do I need to prepare files or change tools before the demo?

No. Start with a description of your process and current tools. Any examples must be anonymised; migrations or account connections happen only after configuration and access methods have been agreed.
